Copenhageners are among the most wired urbanites in Europe. Recognizing this, CPHPIX wanted to offer its users a digital alternative to the print-only program material. e-Types helped creating a new platform of communications combining website and web app with a new concept for the print program material.
How do you introduce a new media platform to a long-time audience making the benefits obvious rather than imposing new estranging ways of navigating? In addition, how do you combine the needs of an experienced, well-informed audience and the newcomers?
The solution was to re-think the website and program structure in terms of usability and presentation of the program in order to accommodate both long-time and new audiences by making the program more customized and dynamic according to methods of search.
